ANSWER: Antibiotic specialist Trius Therapeutics, which priced its IPO on August 3, 2010, was incorporated as RexC Pharmaceuticals Inc. in June 2004. Within three months, it had changed its name to Rx3 Pharmaceuticals Inc. and finally settled on its current name in February 2007.
