More than 1,500 organizations have subscribed to Recap's data services.
Capabilities
Recap earned its reputation in the biotech industry by building some of the largest and most detailed biotech business intelligence databases in the world. Databases, including Alliances, Valuations, and Clinical Trials are available at our web sites, Recap.com and Recap IQ by Deloitte.
In the Alliances Database we track and analyze biotechnology company alliances. Over 40% of biotech agreements are filed as material contracts under the public filing requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Recap obtains copies of these agreements from SEC filings and then analyzes selected agreements in detail. The Alliances Database currently contains 36,614 high-level summaries of biotech alliances commenced since 1973. These Alliance Summaries are indexed and searchable so that we can easily find alliances that match your requirements.
The Valuations Database stores valuation history graphs for 722 biotech companies. They are based on primary share issuance from the date of founding until the most recent equity financing or other share issuance.
In the Clinical Trials Database at RecapRx.com, clinical trials information is stored in a powerful data structure that allows subscribers to view succinct summaries of complicated drug development programs, search individual clinical trials records to discover key metrics for comparable programs, or drill all the way down to a vast collection of supporting documents.
